About Us

The name Integrative Athletics reflects my approach to fitness—it’s about bringing together various training methods and philosophies to support all aspects of physical health and personal growth. My goal isn’t just to help people get stronger, but to provide a space where clients can focus on their overall health, improve their performance, and grow in ways that benefit their whole life, not just their body. This holistic approach is at the core of what I want to offer.

My Why

When I think back to my own journey with fitness, I never could have imagined it leading me to this point. The gym has been more than just a place to work out; it’s been a source of growth, not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well. It taught me lessons in discipline, resilience, and consistency—things that have carried over into every area of my life. And it’s these same lessons I want to share with others through Integrative Athletics. I want to create a place where people can experience the same kind of transformation I did, becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves.

Why Train with Me?

I’ve always had a deep passion for holistic fitness, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be in changing lives. My journey began with my own athletic background, and after working as a personal trainer for the past four years, earning my personal trainer certification, and completing my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, I’ve gained the knowledge and experience I need to help you take the next step.

Working with Amber has had a huge impact on me. At the time as a high school student athlete I wasn’t motivated enough to workout alone. I wasn’t sure how to properly lift without hurting my body, but after working out with Amber I didn’t only know how to workout the correct way but also how to recover and what foods I should eat to gain muscle. Amber pushed me to do my best without overdoing it. Over the past two years working with Amber I’ve seen a huge progress in my strength and speed along with my confidence increasing, not only on the ice but also off. On the ice I’ve become more explosive and stronger on my stick. Every session I’ve done Amber has made the workout fun yet challenging. I always leave the facility feeling better when I walk out then when I walk in. She’s a great trainer in the weight room but also as a great

person to be around. I definitely recommend reaching out to her if you are serious about improving and want someone who knows what they're doing and makes it fun to be there.
