My goal as a personal trainer isn’t just to help people become stronger; it's to create a space where clients can concentrate on their overall health, elevate their performance, and experience growth that enriches their entire lives, not just their bodies. This holistic approach is fundamental to what I aspire to offer.
Reflecting on my journey with fitness, I never imagined it would lead me to this point. The gym has become more than just a place to work out; it’s a hub for holistic fitness, fostering my growth physically, mentally, and emotionally. It has imparted lessons in discipline, resilience, and consistency—qualities that have positively impacted every area of my life. Through Integrative Athletics, I aim to share these transformative experiences with others. My goal is to create a supportive environment where individuals can work with a personal trainer and undergo the same kind of transformation I experienced, becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves.
I’ve always had a deep passion for holistic fitness, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be in changing lives. My journey began with my own athletic background, and after working as a personal trainer at Integrative Athletics for the past four years, earning my personal trainer certification, and completing my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, I’ve gained the knowledge and experience I need to help you take the next step.
Working with Amber has had a huge impact on my journey in holistic fitness. As a high school student athlete, I lacked the motivation to work out alone and was unsure how to lift weights properly without risking injury. However, after engaging in training sessions with Amber, I not only learned the correct way to work out but also how to recover effectively and the right foods to eat for muscle gain. Amber, a knowledgeable personal trainer, pushed me to do my best without overdoing it. Over the past two years working with her at Integrative Athletics, I've seen significant progress in my strength and speed, along with a boost in my confidence both on and off the ice. I've become more explosive and stronger with my stick. Every session has been both fun and challenging, and I always leave the facility feeling better than when I arrived. Amber is not just a great trainer in the weight room; she is also an awesome person to be around.
